2025 Rotax Regions Cup Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the “Pre-Entry Engine Discount” promotion and the “US Trophy Final Entry Prize” offered to registrants and winners of specific race events. By participating in these promotions, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility (Pre-Entry Engine Discount)
To be eligible for the 20% engine discount, participants must:
- Pre-enter and pay in full for one of the designated race events within the specified promotion period for their region.
- Participate in at least one event for which they have pre-entered and paid.
Exclusions:
- Only one (1) engine discount is permitted per eligible entrant, regardless of the number of race entries.
- The discount applies exclusively to Mini MAX, Jr MAX, and Sr MAX engines.
2. Discount Details (Pre-Entry Engine Discount)
- Discount Amount: A 20% discount will be applied to the purchase of an eligible engine.
- Pricing Basis: The 20% discount will be applied to both the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and the dealer’s selling price, whichever is applicable at the time of purchase.
- Included Items: The discount applies to the complete engine kit only, less the battery.
- Combination with Other Offers: This discount can only be combined with other offers or promotions if explicitly approved by the specific race series. Any additional discounts must be approved prior to redemption.

4. Promotion Periods & Expiration Dates (Pre-Entry Engine Discount)
The eligibility period for pre-entering and the redemption window for the 20% discount are specific to each race series/region:
- GLSS (Ohio/PA):
- Promotion Period: May 20th – June 28th
- Discount Redemption Expiration: June 28th
- TKL (Texas):
- Promotion Period: May 20th – June 28th
- Discount Redemption Expiration: June 28th
- NKC (New Jersey)::
- Promotion Period: May 28th – June 20th
- Discount Redemption Expiration: June 20th
- OVRP/LMP (New York):
- Promotion Period: July 15th – August 20th
- Discount Redemption Expiration: August 20th
All expiration dates are final.
5. Redemption Process (Pre-Entry Engine Discount)
To redeem your 20% engine discount:
- Register and pay in full for a qualifying race event within the specified promotion period for your region.
- Contact a participating dealer from the list provided above.
- Present a paid receipt of entry for the relevant race event to the dealer as proof of eligibility.
- Complete the purchase of an eligible engine (Mini MAX, Jr MAX, and Sr MAX complete kit, less battery) before the redemption expiration date for your region.
Important Notes:
- No unique discount code will be issued. Your paid race entry receipt serves as your verification.
- If you lose your paid receipt, you may not be able to redeem the discount.
- If a registrant pre-enters and pays but does not participate in at least one event, they will not qualify for the discount.
6. US Trophy Final Entry Prize
Winners of designated events will receive a prize of paid entry to the 2025 US Trophy Final.
- Full Entry Definition: This prize includes Entry + Race tires for the US Trophy Final.
- Non-Transferable: No refunds or compensation will be provided for the entry if it is not used by the winning participant.
- Dates Subject to Change: The dates for the US Trophy Final are subject to change. Participants will be notified of any changes.
