Through its Rotax distribution, J3 Competition Inc. is pleased to announce its ‘CLUB MAX’ platform which kicked off its inaugural journey in 2024 at the PKRA Club in Glendale, Arizona this past weekend. The pilot program is currently engineered for a limited number of participants, offering equally prepared Rotax MAX competition karts for existing and new enthusiasts. Members who join the program will have the option based on age to filter alongside existing competitors in either 125 MAX Jr, 125 Club MAX, or 125 Mini MAX categories.
In addition to providing inclusive equipment for each club race, the program will have its own unique support structure at each club event providing each member with the necessary materials to compete at the highest level while also enveloping key technical and sporting coaching assets for the new drivers as well as their guardians. The program will allow members to have the opportunity to compete on one practice day prior to each club race getting valuable seat time while leading up to each club event.
J3 Competition, through its Race Rotax platform, is actively focused on fostering the localized growth of the sport. The development of the Club MAX program presents the perfect opportunity to engage with competitors who have been on the sidelines. The opportunistic program has recently accepted its first member; Summer Haley who last year won the PKRA 4-Cycle club champion in 2023. The Arizona native is excited about the opportunity and looking toward working with additional members of the program and showcasing that the Rotax platform is the foundation of a two-cycle karting competition. In her first official club race the young Club MAX driver qualified on pole position during the February 4 PKRA club race!
