Race Rotax and EXGEL Motorsport are pleased to continue its Driver Exchange program in 2025. The inaugural 2024 program saw the first of its kind sending drivers from the Race Rotax (USA) program to Japan, while EXGEL Motorsport sent three drivers to the USA to compete in the US Trophy Final.
The concept continued in 2025 shows the strong commitment from both parties providing opportunities to both USA (Rotax Racing Events) and Japanese drivers (MAX Champ Series). The drivers going to Japan will again compete at the famed SUZUKA, Japan circuit while in America the winners from the MAX Champ Series will compete at the TBA US Trophy Final event.
“The program worked great last year, we saw two of the three drivers from the MAX Champ series compete at the US Trophy Final for a win in both Sr. MAX and Jr. MAX and likewise American Jaxon Porter carried the Stars and Stripes to a near win in Suzuka.” — John Giacomelli
