J3 Competition’s Race Department is already preparing for the 2013 season after a successful 2012 campaign. In 2012 J3’s Race Department introduced new, young, and excited drivers that in less than one season showed pace, potential, and cashed in on critical results. Still in process, 2012 has been a season where the Race Department has competed in over twenty competitive events that has carried the team all over the United States, Eastern Canada, The Caribbean, and Europe. With all this activity the team still has arguably the two most important meetings left in order to put the offical stamp on 2012.
Of the two events left, the first and upcoming will be the sixteenth annual SKUSA Super Nationals held on the famous temporary circuit in Las Vegas at The RIO All Suites Casino. With the excitment already building with less than 40 days until the event begins, J3 Competition will register a total of thirteen talented driver’s that will compete in three core categories; TaG Cadet, Leopard Jr., and TaG Masters.
The final official event of 2012 will come on the direct heels of the SKUSA Super Nationals — The 2012 Rotax Max World Finals held in Portimao, Portugal. Having attempted to qualify only two drivers, J3 Competition reached a 100% conversion rate with the qualificaion of Andrew Palmer and Thomas Issa through the USA nationals.
Moving forward into 2013, J3 Competition’s Race Department is fielding inquires for the upcoming season. With a defined Q1 schedule, which will see the team return to the ‘Sunshine State’ for the 2013 FWT series, J3 Competition is still finalizing the remainder of the 2013 seasonschedule, which will be settled sometime during early December.
