The latest evolution from Kosmic Kart (OTK) are new adjustable pedals for the 2013 models. Unmistakably the new model pedals, both gas and brake, allow the driver to change the inclination of the pedal surface using a special fastening device. Allowing for the proper angle and location to be reached without having to reconfigure and purchase additional items.
It is extremely important to follow the instructions below in order to properly adjust and secure your new OTK adjustable pedals.
USE: The “OTK Kart Parts Adjustable Pedals” are equipped with 5 operating holes for finding out your foot size and drive more comfortably. The sizes now available through the mechanism range between S and XXL (in particular: S, M, L, XL, XXL please refer to attachment)
HOW TO ADJUST PEDALS:
Before mounting any component we suggest you to clean them.
1. Dismantle the pedal by unscrewing the nut M8 (pic.1)
2. Unscrew the pedal’s screw by means of a 4mm Allen key and pull out the internal pin by using a 2mm pin punch (fig.2)
3. Set the pedal in the most appropriate position (refer to the size guide) and insert the 2.5mm pin to secure it. Replace any part following step by step the picture.
Please adjust the OTK Kart Parts Adjustable Pedals only by following the present instructions and by means of the suggested tools. Each part should be replaced by original OTK Kart Parts only.
