No Break For COMPKART - USPKS Final Round Up Next

Garrison leads at SuperKarts USA!

Ending the summer months has left little time to relax for the staff at J3 Competition as the Race Department heads to Pittsburgh International Race Complex for the final round of the USPKS series this weekend.  With several drivers aboard the COMPKART chassis, the team is looking to end with a solid stamp on what is the teams ‘home track’.

Official practice will take place on Friday ending with the ‘Happy Hour’ as the event moves to a Saturday and Sunday format offering a separate race program for each day. The team will have season long members, Austin Garrison and David Ilavia in X30 Sr. looking to move up in the championship battle, while they will be joined by Lane Vacala and Kyle Apuzzo.   Joining these drivers will be Nicholas d’Orlando piloting his familiar #15 COMPKART in X30 Jr. as he will be working to return to his mid-summer form.

“We have been non-stop over the entire summer break working to not only end the 2016 season strong, but to make sure we have the pieces in place early for the 2017 season.  We know the final event will be difficult, but at the same time we are looking forward to the challenge.” – Management

At the conclusion of the event on Sunday the team will pack up and make the short journey back to its facilities as it prepares for yet another event later in the month at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.  With a busy end to the year the team has his sights directly on continuing its success as it prepares for the remaining events and the 2017 season.

“We have some eager drivers looking to capitalize in Pittsburgh this weekend and it will be a great track to end a successful series for our team and continue our developments.” – Management
