After a longstanding and successful commercial and technical collaboration, J3 Competition Inc. parent company of COMPKART© is pleased to announce its renewed multi-year partnership with SKF Racing© a division of SKF AB©, the world leader in roller bearings. The continued relationship will see an added emphasis on both commercial and technical aspects with the notable presence of SKF branding within the J3 Competition sales network and COMPKART© product line.
SKF has been a leading global technology provider since 1907 with its fundamental strength being the ability to continuously develop new technologies – then use those technologies to create products that offer competitive advantages to its customers. The SKF Racing© brand is visible in all forms of motor racing having technical partnerships with industry leading giants such as; Team Penske©, Scuderia Ferrari© and Ducati©. This cornerstone philosophy of continuous improvement aligns in unison with J3 Competition’s core mission and further places the partnership on solid footing.
The commercial side of the SKF line of karting specific products will be bolstered from all service levels at J3 Competition. The unmistakable concentric axle’s bearings will be readily available, all the way to ball joints, roller bearings (hubs), and the continued offering of cylindrical roller bearings (CRB) for high performance 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. Effective from March 2017 onward, clients purchasing COMPKART© chassis will be able to specify one of two SKF bearing option(s) directly to be assembled on their chassis. With two different packages available to the the end-user, they will be able to unpack their chassis already hand-fitted with SKF product(s). These offerings will be available through the entire COMPKART© reseller network and priced according to the clients selection.
A continued focus on the development of the karting segment products will continue as official COMPKART© drivers will be utilizing the various product ranges on a continual basis in 2017 both domestically and internationally. This commitment to the technical advancement side will be further underscored with full cooperative branding on all official articles used by the teams Race Department.
