With its 80 multi-point inspection process, the team is able to identify the chassis measurements and straightness using its dynamic chassis bench.
Once your chassis is confirmed to be straight and within J3 Competition’s tolerence levels, a full inspecition of all bearings along with the overal frame condition takes place. Bearing repleacement, axle polishing, seat and side bar realignment are just a few of the next steps taken that make sure each chassis is returned to the optimal form. Starting the next test or race event with a chassis that is certified and ready race is critical to producing a great event and ensuring a solid result is acheived.
Using certified height guages coupled with calipers and other various measuring tooling finally allows for completed service with confidence. At the conclusion of each chassis being inspected and prepared the client is informed of the result of the 80 multi-point inspection, thus creating a transparent relationship.
